3. Data Storage & Security
All data is encrypted in transit (TLS 1.3) and at rest. We use industry-standard cloud infrastructure with SOC 2 compliant hosting. Access to production data is restricted to authorised personnel only.
4. Third-Party Integrations
When you connect a channel (e.g. Shopify), we access only the data scopes you explicitly authorise. You can disconnect integrations at any time, and we will delete the associated synced data within 30 days.
5. Your Rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting us. If you are in the EEA, you have additional rights under GDPR including data portability and the right to object to processing.
